Standard shipping is 2-10 business days.
Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $59 and up. Free shipping applies to mareanto.com online orders totaling $59+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Mareanto Gift Cards do not count toward the $59 order total. Free Shipping may have some exclusion during a sale.
International Shipping
Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.
In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. Mareanto and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Mareanto does not cover additional customs fee charges. Mareanto is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed via email and/or verbally to our customer service team.
* If there is an error in the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.
*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer do NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again.
